Google Docs
I use Google docs in my business every single day. It is great for creating internal documents. It is updated dynamically and can be shared with everybody on the team without emailing a copy back-and-forth.

Literally all communication that happens in my company happens through WhatsApp. You can leave voice memos, upload files to it, leave a text message, share pictures, etc. You can also create groups which helps reduce the noise of all of the text messages we get through our native phones and keeps all of our business communication in one place which is ideal.

Podio is the CRM that my company uses. It is literally the information hub and brain of my organization. All seller, buyer, contractor interaction and information is housed here. It absolutely keeps my company running smoothly and keeps everyone on task. Nothing slips through the cracks when using this program. It is an absolute must have in your real estate investing business

SignEasy
SignEasy is great! It lets me sign and then send documents right from my phone. In the real estate investing world, there are a lot of signatures required on various forms. SignEasy is incredibly simple to use and helps me stay mobile and get things done. I have been using this app for years.

I love to read! In recent years I have found it increasingly difficult to find time to sit down and read a book. That's why I love consuming books in audio format while I'm in my car or traveling. It's a great way to absorb content when you're on the go. Real estate investors spend a lot of time on the road, and traveling. When I travel I'm listening to an audiobook. Check them out!

SimpleCrew
This is a great app that I use in a variety of ways. You can have a contractor take a picture of anything you want and it will geotag and timestamp that picture. Great for ensuring that contractors are where they're supposed to be when they are supposed to be there and are documenting their work. 14 day FREE trial!
